With its new location at Vienna’s Westbahnhof, IKEA is a pioneer in terms of sustainability and has been awarded the greenpass Platinum certificate for this!

This was possible because the construction project was seen as an overall concept and the goal was to create an oasis in the city of Vienna for everyone. But not only for all people, but also for the environment by making a positive contribution to the microclimate. This is ensured by visible things such as the green facade and solar panels on the roof, and above all those hidden deep in the heart of the building: The largest in-house storage system in Europe, at the time of installation!

You can find more details on this, including videos, in the reference on neoom.com and in the current DieMacher issue.
