At the end of July, almost 100 employees and investors together with their families were invited to this year’s summer party to celebrate the past successful milestones and to look forward to the future. The new faces could be met in a relaxed summer atmosphere.
invinite power for all of us
Our employees are the backbone of the company – their motivation to make a decisive contribution to the decentralization of energy supply is what drives neoom and helps us to exceed the goals we set with great regularity. Therefore, the neoom summer party is also dedicated to them every year and a welcome opportunity to thank the whole team for their great commitment.
Many of them met in person for the first time during the summer party. On the site of the future Free City, which will also be home to the new #neoomworld company headquarters, the first lively conversations were already taking place at the sparkling wine reception.
After all the guests had recharged their batteries for the following program at the lunch buffet, top athlete Lukas Kaufmann provided exciting insights into the “Race Across The Alps” in a presentation on the toughest one-day bike race in the world. In the process, he also showed very vividly how similar some of the challenges we face in business and in sports are. And it wouldn’t be Lukas if he didn’t have some valuable advice for the audience on how best to master these challenges.
Immediately afterwards, the guests were able to take a look behind the scenes – from the team, to the management, to the board and the investors, numerous companions of neoom had their say and shared their own experiences and valuable impressions. There was also an exciting update on the composition of the management team: in addition to founder and previously sole managing director Walter Kreisel, CFO Philipp Lobnig will now become the second managing director. Roman Diesenreiter, CCO at neoom, also acts as authorized signatory with immediate effect. Herbert Mühlböck, the former top manager at Fronius, was also introduced as the new COO of the neoom group.
packed program

The live music of the Gravity Band put everyone in a good mood, during coffee and cake. While the younger guests were fully occupied with pony petting, face painting and all kinds of other activities, the adult guests devoted themselves to another culinary highlight: with the Weingut Direder we are not only connected by our enthusiasm for decentralised energy production, but of course also for high-quality, regional wines. Of course, nothing could be more obvious than a tasting of the fine wines from Kirchberg am Wagram.

In the evening, DJ Duke finally provided the right atmosphere to end the eventful day with a fresh cocktail and lively conversations.
